1. REQUEST QUOTE:After you have submitted your Request For Quote Form you will
receive an auto-response from us confirming that we have received your quote request.
If you do
not receive an auto-response email, please contact AGA Worldwide Customer Support by phone or
by chat.
2. QUOTE RECEIVED:Depending on the details submitted in your Request For Quote Form you will receive back from us a firm quote
within minutes or in some special cases longer if the the request includes details or
circumstances that we must review and check.
3. CONTRACT:The
firm quote you receive is 'Contract Pending'. Once you enter your name and address and press
'Accept Quote' you have agreed with our firm quote and the contract is accepted subject to
your payment.
4. PAYMENT:After the Contract is made a screen will
appear and you may pay either online by credit card, electronic check, or payment can be made
offline by sending us a bank wire.
